We intend to apply to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance for an onshore wind farm comprising 10 wind turbines, a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), a project substation compound and associated ancillary infrastructure works.
We are also applying for consent under Section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 to deregister and exchange common land.
The full, draft Planning Application is published below, in accordance with The Developments of National Significance (Procedure) (Wales) Order 2016 article 8 (1) (b) (i) – (viii).
